What Energy Dome is:

Energy Dome is a large dome of energy that is similar to a biotic dome, though it must be controlled by the user (like the Moshae did on Voeld). The dome has a duration of 20 seconds (at the start) and a maximum duration of 30 seconds. The dome absorbs up to 50% of all damage that is fired within the dome. Certain perks allow the dome to become a combo primer or a useful shield regenerating dome (final perks). Recharge time is 20 seconds (by default)

Character Description:

The Angaran Historian grew up on Havarl, she was orphaned at a young age. Later in her life, she tried searching for the answer in why, how her parents died. She was captured by the Kett on Voeld and was rescued by some of the aliens from the Milky Way galaxy. Being in debt to her saviours, she joined the APEX Force and has defended her allies with her unique energy dome power. She pried her Asari Sword off of an Outlaw Pariah, where she now practices in mastering the art of blades.
